Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange
  A market for Commonwealth of Independent States banks to buy and sell dollars for roubles. The actual name of the exchange is Moskovskaya Mezhbankovskaya Valyutnaya Birzha but it is often known simply as Mice. It was founded by the Gosbank in April 1991 but has now become an independent joint-stock company.
